Distilled in the Mysore (Mysuru) region of Karnataka from wild and plantation sandalwood trees (including their valuable heartwood) that are at least 25 years old, this product is the highest quality sandalwood essential oil. This is the authentic sandalwood of the past, obtained from the region formerly known as the Kingdom of Mysore (covering a larger area than the present-day city of Mysore).

This essential oil is so vibrant and energetic that it practically dances. Possessing a creamy beauty that characterizes the highest quality sandalwood, it also has a classic, almost musky, animalic intensity once it dries down. This is not some ordinary B-grade sandalwood extract, but a rich and complex classic sandalwood oil. Apply it directly to your skin, add it to your perfume, or save it to mature for a decade.
