In Givaudan's own words: "Herbanate contains a fruity note with hints of banana, pineapple and blackcurrant. The background is fresh and herbal with a warm spicy element. Herbanate is a versatile material that provides or enhances the natural effect of fragrances by giving a juicy tropical fruit effect, especially in fruity notes. It can also be used diluted at 10% to provide a green herbal freshness, and it blends well with citrus, green and even spicy notes."

A complex, fruity-green aroma combining the juicy tropical fruit effects of banana, pineapple, and blackcurrant with fresh herbaceous undertones and warm spicy nuances reminiscent of estragole.

A high-impact modifier to boost naturality in citrus, tropical fruit, and aromatic fougère compositions.
