Indispensable for leather and chypre accords, a strong fixative, it enhances substances used instead of oakmoss, creating earthy-woody masculine bases.

Use in trace amounts to support moss, root, patchouli, or leather notes, or in larger quantities for a new character. 2-Isobutyl Quinoline is extremely potent and very popular in classic chypre and fougère type perfumes.
